I help introspective adults who are overwhelmed with life to rediscover joy and reconnect with the people they love.   I believe there’s a reason for why you feel the way you do.  I support adults to gain a deeper understanding about why they think, feel, and act the way they do so that they can truly heal.  By healing from your past, you can release the stress & fear that’s had control over your life.
